What is Meet & Greet Service?
Give us your flight number when you book and we'll adjust your pick-up time our dispatch team monitors all the flights 24/7. Whether your flight is on time, early, or late, we'll be there as scheduled and we'll wait up to 45 minutes after your flight arrival time - plenty of time for you to get through security and collect your bags.

What information do I need in order to make a booking?
The information we need in order to proceed with the booking is
- Full accommodation/hotel details- Flight Number (airline, arrival/departure time)- Total number of passengers, including infants and children
I left an item in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
If you have left an item in the vehicle, please contact us via Live Chat or email us at info@johns.com.mt specifying your booking number/code and someone from our dispatch/reservations team will get back to you to check if the item was found in the vehicle.
