New Services at John’s AutoCare

John’s Group’s specialised automotive service and repair subsidiary John’s AutoCare have upgraded their set-up in Victory Street, Qormi, with new service diagnostic and repair equipment and a refurbished reception and waiting area.

Thanks to the upgrades of a number of service lanes and the investment in the new equipment, made following the signing of a collaboration agreement with Total lubricants, services can be carried out more efficiently and in a shorter period of time. In addition, the new technology enables the trained mechanics at John’s AutoCare to carry out 16 safety checks on each vehicle while it is being serviced.

The refurbished waiting area now has Wi-Fi, vending machines, a flat screen TV, literature on products represented by John’s Group, accessories on sale and more comfortable seating. Saviour Farrugia, Director of John’s AutoCare, said: “We are offering our clients the facility to come along with their laptops and continue working while they wait for their car to be serviced.

“Thanks to the latest investment, this is carried out in the least possible time. They can also book their service or VRT test by filling in a form on the John’s Group website”

Although John’s AutoCare was officially incorporated in 1993, John’s Group has serviced its own vehicles since the first company, John’s Garage Ltd, was set up in 1960. John’s AutoCare offers a one-stop shop solution to a wide range of brands including luxury vehicles, since it services all the cars in the John’s Garage fleet, including limousines.
